The 250th anniversary of the shot heard round the world got me thinking about Massachusetts. Libertarianism didn’t last very long there, did it?
But appearances can be deceiving. I grew up a few miles south of the MA-CT border (just beneath “AMMUNITION & FIREARMS” in the image above), and I know the Bay State quite well. In 2013, I wrote a column that explored some surprising data.
